Description
The Installation Technician performs heavy-duty modifications on trucks and truck-mounted equipment, including installing and removing truck bodies, wheelbase modifications, suspensions, and related components. The role also handles vehicle repair and maintenance, follows repair orders and factory standards, maintains a clean and organized shop, and participates in safety and factory training. Required qualifications include welding and fabrication experience, knowledge of 12V electrical systems and multi-plex wiring, basic truck-mounted hydraulic knowledge, and general mechanical skills; ASE certification and related education or training are preferred or accepted.
