Giant Security is hiring an installation technician to perform field service for security systems at customer locations such as schools, care institutions, and company head offices. The role involves installing and connecting intrusion detection, camera, access control, intercom, and fire alarm systems; running and finishing cabling; coordinating installations; troubleshooting; explaining systems to customers; and recording work and materials. The position offers training, career advancement, a company van, and secondary employment benefits, and requires electrical engineering education, a VCA certificate or willingness to obtain one, a category B driver's license, relevant security-system installation experience, and an MBV/TBV diploma or Fire Alarm System Technician qualification or willingness to obtain these.
