Description
The Installation Technology Contract Manager will oversee technical maintenance contracts for commercial, property-owner, and public-sector clients in the Rotterdam region. The role manages technical content, finances, quality, schedules, budgets, multi-year maintenance plans, client relationships, and electrical and mechanical installations, while directing work planners, service coordinators, and service technicians. It requires a completed MBO-level vocational qualification in a technical field, several years of experience in contract management or technical management, and knowledge of building installations. The position is based in the organization’s Rotterdam office and offers a gross monthly salary of approximately €4,800 to €6,500, along with a company car, laptop, phone, training, and development opportunities.
