ABB is hiring an Installed Base Manager in Richmond, Virginia, to lead the strategic implementation and optimization of ServIS across ABB's service operations. The role owns IB management strategy, governance, ERP-to-ServIS integration, product data migration, data quality, KPIs, and coordination with global and local service teams. It requires a technical master's degree, at least five years of relevant experience, ServIS implementation experience, SAP and Salesforce knowledge, and strong change-management and stakeholder-management skills. The position begins onsite and transitions to a hybrid schedule, with an expected annual salary of $83,300 to $133,280.
