Description
Carter Lumber is hiring an Installed Sales Construction Project Manager to manage multi-family installed construction projects from initial customer meetings through project handoff and completion. The role coordinates schedules, materials, submittals, labor, change orders, budgets, safety, and customer communications; reviews plans and specifications; tracks job progress; and submits pay applications. The position serves the Northeast Ohio area and requires at least two years of commercial multi-family construction project management experience, along with construction, contract, blueprint, communication, analytical, and Microsoft Office skills. Full-time employees may receive health, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days of employment.
