Carter Lumber is hiring a full-time Installed Sales Construction Project Manager to manage multi-family installed construction projects. The role coordinates office and field operations, reviews plans and schedules, manages submittals, procurement, change orders, budgets, pay applications, and job-site meetings, and works with the Field Superintendent and customers. It requires at least two years of commercial multi-family construction project management experience, blueprint and contract knowledge, analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office; PlanSwift knowledge is a plus.
