Description
The Residential Installation Technician installs insulation, doors, windows, stairs, cabinets, sinks, and millwork in houses or buildings. The role also loads and unloads materials, cuts products, verifies structural trueness, applies building codes and company policies, follows OSHA safety requirements, operates a company vehicle, and provides training and guidance to less experienced installers. The position requires less than a high school education or up to six months of related experience or training, a valid driver’s license, and an acceptable motor vehicle record; individuals with a medical marijuana card are ineligible because the role is safety-sensitive.
