O’Reilly Auto Parts is hiring an experienced technical parts specialist to oversee and participate in installer counter sales and service. The role directs installer-service-counter team members, supports staffing and recruiting, routes deliveries, handles commercial complaints, maintains delivery vehicles, corrects inventory discrepancies, processes warranty parts and returns, audits returns for warranty abuse, assists with collections, and ensures team training and driver audits are completed. The position requires a strong mechanical background, above-average communication skills, and preferably automotive-repair knowledge, ASE certification, and multilingual fluency.
