Description
The Installer Service Specialist at O’Reilly Auto Parts is an experienced, technical parts specialist who supports professional customers through the installer counter, manages and coordinates delivery specialists, and helps ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and customer service. The role includes taking orders by phone and online, invoicing, staging parts for delivery, overseeing delivery vehicle maintenance and inspections, handling warranty/core returns, assisting with counter and backroom duties, and supporting customer labor claims. Candidates should have a strong mechanics background and good communication skills, with automotive repair knowledge, ASE certification, and bilingual ability preferred.
