Stromnetz Berlin is hiring an Installer / Technician as Cable Installation Trainer (1–10 kV) in the Primary Technology department in Berlin-Marienfelde. The role trains installers, trainees, and partner companies in 1–10 kV cable installation and live-equipment work, checks installation quality and compliance, analyzes faults, evaluates installation techniques, and develops practical instructions. Candidates need vocational electrical training, cable installation experience, knowledge of medium- and low-voltage networks, a Class B driver’s license, and a collaborative working style; trainer qualification is preferred but not required. The position offers a collective-bargaining starting salary of €45,000–€53,000, flexible working models, vacation, health benefits, and support for relocation to Berlin.
