Morgan Stanley is hiring an Asia Equity Documentation professional in Mumbai to support the Asia Equity Documentation Group in Hong Kong. The role covers drafting, negotiating, executing, and amending ISDA and other master derivatives agreements, reviewing client constitutional documents and legal opinions, coordinating approvals, managing client agreements, and maintaining contract databases for prime brokerage, equity swaps and options, stock lending, listed derivatives, warrants, and related transactions. The position prefers a law graduate with 3–7 years of financing or derivatives experience, legal qualification, documentation negotiation or corporate law paralegal experience, strong communication and quantitative skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
