Morgan Stanley’s Institutional Equity Division Documentation team is hiring a Trading Agreement Negotiator to negotiate, draft, and execute trading agreements for clients, including ISDA Master Agreements, Credit Support Annexes, stock loans, prime brokerage, listed derivatives, OTC clearing, tri-party control, master confirmations, confidentiality, and electronic trading agreements. The role coordinates with Sales and Trading, Legal, Risk, Credit, and Onboarding teams and serves as the primary contact for client negotiations. Candidates need 1–2+ years of trading-agreement negotiation experience, contract drafting experience, strong communication and deadline-management skills, and a J.D. The expected base pay is $100,000–$150,000 per year.
