Morgan Stanley’s Corporate Derivatives Trading desk within the Institutional Equity Division is hiring a Senior Associate or Vice President to structure and price equity derivatives, manage and hedge trading books, analyze equities and market conditions, develop client solutions, and support technology and infrastructure initiatives. The role requires at least three years of equity derivatives trading experience, strong analytical and quantitative skills, and strong collaboration and communication abilities. Expected base pay is $150,000 to $250,000 per year, with additional compensation potentially including commission, incentives, and benefits.
