Morgan Stanley's Institutional Equity Division Risk Management team is hiring an Executive Director to negotiate, draft, and execute trading agreements with institutional clients. The role covers agreements such as ISDA Master Agreements, credit support annexes, securities lending, prime brokerage, listed derivatives, OTC clearing, master confirmations, and confidentiality agreements. The candidate will liaise with sales, trading, legal, risk, credit, and onboarding teams, serve as the primary contact with clients and their counsel, and work in an open trading-floor environment. The position requires a legal background in trading documentation or financial services, at least 10 years of trading-agreement negotiation experience, contract drafting experience, and a J.D.; prior management experience is a plus. Expected base pay is $200,000 to $300,000 per year, with additional compensation possible.
