Description
Webull is hiring an Associate Director or Sr. Associate Director of Financial Operations to support its growing self-clearing and institutional brokerage infrastructure. The role manages SEC Rule 15c3-1 and 15c3-3 net capital and reserve calculations, liquidity and cash-flow workflows, clearing suspense and reconciliation issues, capital forecasting, operational risk analysis, regulatory audits, and operational tooling. It is based in St. Petersburg, Florida, with a New York office alternative, and offers a base salary of $115,000–$140,000 for the Associate Director level or $140,000–$165,000 for the Sr. Associate Director level, plus a discretionary bonus and benefits.
