Tipping Point is hiring an Institutional Giving Manager to lead corporate and foundation fundraising, manage donor and prospect relationships, develop corporate engagement and sponsorship programs, write proposals and grant reports, and translate program impact into compelling funding requests. The role reports to the Institutional Giving Director, requires relevant fundraising experience securing five- and six-figure gifts, strong writing and relationship-management skills, and the ability to build strategy and infrastructure independently. The position offers an annual salary of $127,836 and a hybrid work arrangement with office attendance Tuesday through Thursday.
