Deepset is hiring a Brussels-based Institutional Sales Executive to own the European Union institutional market end to end. The role combines hunting new institutional logos, navigating EU procurement and framework contracts, growing existing accounts such as the European Commission, building Brussels market presence, and developing multi-year territory strategies. Candidates need a track record selling complex software to EU institutions, an existing institutional network, experience with long multi-stakeholder sales cycles, technical fluency in AI platforms and data governance, and fluent English; French and German are advantageous.
