XTB is hiring an institutional sales leader to manage a small institutional sales team, drive liquidity sales for financial instruments, support institutional client services, assist with marketing initiatives, and organize daily team operations and sales processes. The role requires at least five years of liquidity sales experience to institutions and brokers, strong leadership and communication skills, and knowledge of financial markets and products such as CFDs, options, and crypto.
