Description
The Instructional Aide will support students in Grades K-12 within a special education program, providing personalized instruction, supervision, behavioral interventions, IEP implementation, progress tracking, documentation, and communication with teachers, families, and other staff. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid California driver's license, crisis-management training, and experience supporting children with learning, autism, emotional-behavioral, or related disabilities.
