Description

Spectrum Center Schools and Programs is hiring an Instructional Aide II to provide personalized academic, behavioral, vocational, and physical-care support to special-education students in grades K–12. The role includes implementing IEP-aligned strategies, documenting progress, participating in data collection, coaching students in job skills, assisting with classroom operations and substitute teaching, providing crisis intervention, and transporting students in company vehicles. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or higher in education or a related field, a California emergency sub permit or ability to obtain one within 90 days, a valid California driver's license, crisis-management certification, and at least three years of prior experience providing instruction, guidance, or support to children.
