Aspire Public Schools is seeking candidates for a Special Education Instructional Aide role to provide individualized support to students with moderate to severe needs in a classroom setting. The position implements IEPs and behavior intervention plans, assists with health and mobility needs, creates modified instructional materials, monitors progress, collaborates with the IEP team, and uses de-escalation techniques. An associate’s degree or equivalent college credit and passing of the Paraprofessional Test are required, while a bachelor’s degree in education, teaching, or a related field is preferred; at least one year of special education experience is preferred.
