Description
Aspire Public Schools is seeking an Instructional Aide to provide personalized education and support to individual students and groups under the direction of special education and general education teachers and related service providers. The role implements IEPs and behavior intervention plans, assists with health and mobility needs, creates modified instructional materials, tracks progress, collaborates with the IEP team, and supports students with behavioral and mental health needs. Candidates need an associate’s degree or equivalent college credit or passing of the Paraprofessional Test, with a bachelor’s degree preferred and at least one year of special education experience preferred. Compensation is $24.00–$43.47 per hour, with core health benefits and other benefits.
