Instructional Aide, SPED at Aspire Public Schools

Aspire Tate Academy is hiring a full-time Instructional Aide for the 26-27 school year, working Monday through Friday from 8:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. The role provides individualized support to students with special education needs, implements IEPs and behavior intervention plans, assists with health and mobility needs, creates modified instructional materials, monitors progress, and collaborates with teachers and other service providers. The position requires an associate’s degree or equivalent college credit and passing of the Paraprofessional Test, with a bachelor’s degree preferred and one year of relevant special education experience preferred.
