Description
Aspire Inskeep Academy is hiring a full-time Instructional Aide for 35 hours per week, tentatively scheduled from 7:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. The role provides individualized education and support to students with moderate to severe special education needs, implements IEPs and behavior intervention plans, assists with health and mobility needs, creates modified instructional materials, monitors progress, and collaborates with teachers and other service providers. The position requires an associate’s degree or equivalent college credit or passing of the Paraprofessional Test, with a bachelor’s degree preferred and at least one year of relevant special education experience preferred.
