Aspire Public Schools is hiring Instructional Aides to support individual students and groups in special education classrooms. The role implements Individualized Education Programs, behavior intervention plans, modified instructional materials, and student independence plans; provides physical, health-related, and toileting support; monitors IEP progress; collaborates with teachers and other service providers; and uses de-escalation and crisis-prevention strategies. Applicants need an associate’s degree or equivalent college credit and passing of the Paraprofessional Test, with a bachelor’s degree preferred and at least one year of special-education experience preferred.
