Description
The Instructional Assistant supports the master teacher in the day-to-day operation of an early care and development program for children ages 0–5. Responsibilities include caring for and developing children, maintaining appropriate staff-to-child ratios, supporting lesson plans, communicating with families, and participating in professional development. The role also emphasizes child safety, well-being, cognitive, social-emotional, language, literacy, physical, and mental health development.
