Description
The PSOE Instructional Assistant supports classroom teachers and principals by providing direct instruction and assessment, lesson planning, grading, data disaggregation, student assessment, and behavioral management. The role also supports IEP, 504, BIP, and FBA implementation, substitute teaching, reporting, school committees, and special projects. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, and involves a standard workweek with possible evenings, weekends, and additional hours.
