Aspire Inskeep Academy is hiring a full-time Instructional Assistant for a Monday-through-Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The role supports classroom teachers by managing student behavior, developing lesson plans, assessing students, collaborating on instructional practices, maintaining records, providing differentiated instruction, and teaching after-school intervention and acceleration programs. The position is intended for a recent college graduate pursuing an educator career and requires an associate’s degree or equivalent college credit, passing of the Paraprofessional Test, and at least one year of experience working with students as a teacher, teacher intern, or teaching assistant.
