Description
The Instructional Assistant-Auto Technician supports certificated teachers in automotive vocational education by assisting with instruction, tutoring students, supervising drills and assignments, preparing instructional materials, maintaining records and supplies, operating classroom equipment, and supporting classroom safety. The role requires automotive job-related experience, targeted job-related education, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification within 10 business days of hire. The position is not benefit-eligible and is open until filled at Mt. Carmel High School and Poway High School.
