Description
The Whiting School of Engineering's STEM Achievement in Baltimore Elementary Schools (SABES) is looking for an Instructional Coach to support the implementation of the SABES program. The coach will provide instructional modeling and coaching to afterschool facilitators, helping them build confidence and capacity to teach the engineering design process to 3-5th graders. The role involves developing a positive classroom culture, planning and preparing lessons, delivering instruction, assessing student work, documenting progress, and supporting facilitator growth.
