Description

TTEC is hiring a remote Instructional Designer in Manila, Philippines to design, develop, deliver, evaluate, and improve virtual blended learning experiences. The role focuses on learner-centered design, learning science, user experience, learning data analysis, and the creation of e-learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, audio editing tools, learning technology apps, and Microsoft Office, with collaboration across global teams and reporting to the Senior Manager, Instructional Design.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3 years of relevant experience in instructional design, e-learning content development, learning technologies, and related tools
Experience creating e-learning content and using authoring, audio-editing, and rapid design tools
Experience with Learning Management Systems and/or Learning Experience Systems
Experience analyzing learning data to evaluate training impact
Preferred Qualifications: Adult learning theory and user-centered learning design knowledge
Advanced PowerPoint and basic Excel skills
Basic project management and productivity tool familiarity
Interest in game design and videogames
Familiarity with modern learning modalities including automation, AI, simulation, game-based, and mobile learning
