Description
The role conducts training needs and audience analyses; designs, develops, and maintains accessible, 508-compliant instructional materials; creates SCORM-compliant webinars, microlearning, videos, and eLearning courses using authoring tools; develops and analyzes assessments; tracks instructional design projects; collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders; and updates curricula in line with organizational goals and industry standards. It requires 3–5 years of instructional design, education, or training experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and eLearning authoring tools, knowledge of ADDIE/SAM, Kirkpatrick assessments, adult learning, SCORM, LMS platforms, and 508 compliance. The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence at least twice weekly.
