Description
Bapcor is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer – Training & Process Writing to support capability development across the Autobarn network. Reporting to the Head of Operations, the national role will create onboarding programs, eLearning modules, facilitator guides, workbooks, operational guides, standard operating procedures, playbooks and user guides; partner with operational leaders and subject matter experts; translate complex processes into practical learning content; support systems implementations and operational changes; maintain governance and version control; and review training effectiveness. The role requires experience in instructional design, training creation or process documentation, strong written communication, stakeholder collaboration, organisational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a valid driver's licence.
