BRP is hiring an Instructional Designer to lead the design of technical and non-technical training content for its global dealer network. The role involves creating e-learning, customized training, virtual-instructor-led training, and instructor-led training; conducting needs analysis; applying adult learning and instructional-design principles; developing evaluations; and maintaining training materials. It requires 7+ years of instructional-design experience, digital-learning and LMS experience, strong English and French communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
