emergiTEL is hiring an Instructional Designer for a six-month contract with possible extension in Calgary, Alberta, working hybrid for two to three days per week onsite. The role designs and develops learning solutions, training pathways, onboarding programs, and performance sessions for a banking call-center client; supports learning metrics and continuous improvement; and evaluates and optimizes training programs. Candidates need extensive instructional design and adult-learning experience, mandatory call-center learning and development experience, customer-service training experience, Articulate 360 proficiency, and strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. The pay rate is $70-$80 per hour including benefits.
