Instructional Designer at Exadel

Exadel is hiring an instructional designer to create and develop AI-related digital learning experiences. The role analyzes training needs, structures courses and learning journeys, develops content in Sana Learn LMS, creates assessments and video scripts, uses Synthesia for AI-avatar videos, and collaborates with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and the L&D team. Candidates should have experience in instructional design, e-learning, corporate training, or learning content creation, along with knowledge of adult learning principles, LMS platforms, and digital learning tools.
