Description
Fundbox is hiring a permanent hybrid Instructional Designer to design, develop, maintain, and evaluate customer-facing training content and blended-learning curricula. The role partners with CX leadership, the CX Trainer, and cross-functional teams; maintains learning systems; supports onboarding and ad hoc training; and uses generative AI to draft scripts, prototypes, assessments, and multimedia assets while applying editorial judgment and accessibility standards. Candidates need at least two years of instructional-design or related experience, proficiency with e-learning tools and learning management systems, strong writing and design skills, and experience adapting workflows with AI tools.
