The Instructional Designer will produce polished, learner-ready video content for a course catalog by translating scripts and storyboards into visual sequences, generating and refining video and motion assets with traditional and AI-assisted tools, editing and compositing footage, creating motion graphics, and maintaining brand consistency. The role also manages project files, reviews content for quality, and improves production workflows. It requires at least two years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, instructional media, or a related production role, along with proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, and offers a tax-free salary of $800–$1,000 per month, 20 PTO, and remote work.
