Description
The Instructional Design Lead owns the design, development, and continuous improvement of training content, job aids, process documentation, and learning materials for Benchmark’s operational teams. The role translates underwriting guidance, quality control feedback, regulatory updates, and operational changes into practical learning resources, partners with processing and underwriting subject matter experts, assesses training needs, evaluates effectiveness, maintains content governance in the BM HUB, and supports onboarding and targeted learning initiatives. The position requires at least five years of experience in instructional design, training development, technical writing, learning and development, or a related field, along with knowledge of mortgage operations, e-learning tools, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
