Premier Health is hiring a Senior Instructional Designer to lead strategic learning programs that strengthen leadership capability and workforce performance across the organization. The role covers learning needs assessments, scalable eLearning, blended, and instructor-led programs, leadership onboarding and development initiatives, program evaluation, analytics, vendor and SharePoint management, and mentoring instructional designers. It is a full-time day-shift position in the Dayton, Ohio area with a hybrid work environment, requiring a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5–10 years of related professional or corporate experience, and expertise in instructional design, adult learning, and digital learning tools.
