SEEK is hiring an Instructional Designer for its APAC Enablement Team to create culturally appropriate learning and product knowledge content for frontline employees across diverse APAC markets. The role focuses on developing multi-modal learning journeys, evaluating learning outcomes, extracting complex information from subject matter experts, localizing content, and using learning platforms and design systems. Candidates should have one to three years of instructional design or related experience, knowledge of adult learning and instructional design methodologies, experience with LMS content management, and strong collaboration and communication skills.
