Description
The role is an instructional designer for a construction-industry project, responsible for translating subject-matter input into clear, structured learning narratives, designing scenario-based learning and knowledge checks, writing video scripts, and adapting content for international and multilingual audiences. The designer will work independently, manage feedback and scope concerns, collaborate with project managers, UI/UX designers, and developers, and apply cognitive load theory.
