The role is an instructional designer for a multinational defence organisation’s education and training catalogue, working with subject-matter experts to analyse learning needs, define objectives, structure and author eLearning courses, develop assessments, evaluate course impact, support other course providers, facilitate instructor-led activities, and recommend learning technologies. It is a full employment contract with a delivery partner, includes relocation to Norfolk, Virginia, and offers NATO-5 visa support for the employee and family.
