PG&E is hiring an Instructional Designer for its Engineer-in-Training program in the Transmission and Substation Engineering Services Department. The role researches, designs, and develops technical curricula and training materials; conducts needs analyses and task analyses; collaborates with engineering partners and subject-matter experts; creates learner and facilitator content; and supports training effectiveness and technical writing. The position is hybrid, requires in-office attendance at the hiring leader’s discretion, and includes approximately 10% travel within PG&E’s service territory.
