Percepta is hiring a remote Instructional Designer to analyze training needs, develop and deliver new-hire, cross-training, and continuous-learning materials, and evaluate training effectiveness. The role uses ADDIE and other curriculum-development methodologies, eLearning and multimedia authoring tools, project management, stakeholder collaboration, and performance-based training analysis. A bachelor’s degree and relevant curriculum-design experience are required, along with at least three years of professional training and development experience; instructional-design certifications and experience with Articulate, Camtasia, or Captivate are preferred.
