TTEC is hiring a remote Instructional Designer in Manila, Philippines, to design, develop, deliver, evaluate, and maintain human-centered virtual blended learning experiences. The role applies learning science, user experience design, game-based and mobile learning, learning data analysis, and multimedia technologies to improve learner engagement, knowledge retention, and business outcomes. The designer will work with multiple clients and geographies, support curriculum redesign, and report to the Senior Manager, Instructional Design. The posting requires three years of experience, Articulate Storyline or similar authoring tools, learning systems, Microsoft Office, project management, learning data analysis, and advanced English communication skills.
