TTEC is hiring a remote Instructional Designer in Manila, Philippines, to design, develop, deliver, evaluate, and maintain human-centered virtual blended learning experiences. The role applies learning science, user experience design, game-based and mobile learning, learning data analysis, and multimedia technologies to improve learner engagement, knowledge retention, and business outcomes. The designer will work with multiple clients and geographies, support curriculum redesign, and report to the Global Head of Learning and Development Innovation and Technology.
