Description
The Operations Training Instructional Designer will design, develop, implement, and improve operational training programs for manufacturing employees, supervisors, team leaders, and support functions. The role creates instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, video-based, and performance-support learning solutions; supports onboarding and proficiency development; partners with plant leaders, subject matter experts, safety, quality, human resources, and continuous improvement teams; and evaluates training effectiveness. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3–5+ years of instructional design experience in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, operations, or technical training environments. The position is on-site at the Corporate Ridge Parkway location, with possible travel up to 25% to U.S. and Canadian manufacturing facilities, and offers a salary range of $68,427 to $85,534 plus benefits.
