Description
The employer is hiring a part-time Instructional Designer/Writer for a 3-month contract with an extension opportunity, working 20 hours per week in a hybrid Bellevue, Washington arrangement with two onsite days per week. The role transforms existing self-paced training into instructor-led programs, partners with subject matter experts to improve training content, develops facilitator guides and learning resources, and reviews content for gaps and inconsistencies. Candidates should have 2–4 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or a related Learning & Development field, along with experience creating accessible documentation and training materials for technical and non-technical audiences. The position pays $41–$57 per hour and includes PTO.
