Description

Instructional Facilitator for Dallas ISD, grant funded under Title I, Part A, responsible for supporting campuses in core content areas through coaching, professional development, data analysis, and curriculum/instructional support. The role works with teachers, administrators, Academic Services, and School Leadership to improve instructional practice, align curriculum, and strengthen teacher and leader capacity across assigned campuses or regions, with duties that may include evening and weekend professional development.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in a directly related field from an accredited university
Required Previous Experiences: 5 years of teaching experience in the specified content area
Instructional coaching experience
Experience evaluating and analyzing assessment and accountability data
Experience developing and delivering professional development
Leadership experience on campus or department committees
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree preferred
Valid Texas teaching certification preferred
Strong content knowledge
Ability to work and communicate with diverse audiences
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Oracle proficiency
Strong organizational, written, oral communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
